Each cabin provides you with a private, comfortable and serene environment, with incredible views of our unspoiled mountains. Privacy, your own land, a little room to grow, and plenty of room to roam! Cabins are built with charm and care, based around the historic original structures, but expanded to include big, bright southern windows, comfortable main rooms, furnished kitchens and full modern bath facilities, with gas appliances and solar powered electric lights. A wood stove and/or propane heater in each cabin provides heat. And the views... courtesy of Mother Nature and the magnificent San Juan Mountains.

The Individual Cabins and Lots
Lot # 1 Rio Vista Cabin Recently renovated, this spacious and bright cabin has two bedrooms and one bath; great room includes big kitchen, dining room and living area; attractive porch with full southern sun and views down the Rio Grande reservoir. Clean and bright and cheery! The lot has a new Aspen grove establishing on the north side and a wide open view to the south filled with native grasses, wildflowers and the passing wild life!
Lot # 2 Aspen Grove Cabin This cabin has just been completely renovated. A smaller but complete cabin with full bath, full kitchen, one bedroom, and a separate second bedroom or study. A sweet little special gem, quiet and cozy and full of charm. The lot includes a good, healthy grove of Aspen, rolling native grasses and wildflowers down to the pasture, and a view down to the Rio Grande Reservoir.
Lot # 3 Meadow Manor Cabin Meadow Manor Cabin is a remarkable, spacious, big and bright two story, three bedroom cabin with two full bathrooms, exquisite "great room" with living/dining area, and gourmet country kitchen. This cabin boasts a large southern deck, 3 covered porches, and private fenced yard. Completely redecorated for our guests comfort, this cabin became available for rent for the first time in June, 2010. The lot includes a good size woodshed and/or utility building, corner privacy, and unsurpassable views of the Rio Grande Reservoir and the surrounding magnificent mountains.
Lot # 6 Spruce Hollow Cabin This lovely cabin is nestled in the spruce and aspen trees, with the great windows looking south over the Rio Grande. Two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, the other with a full/double bed) plus a sleeping loft (with two small twin mattresses), and full bathroom. Wonderful living room/dining room and a really super kitchen. A spacious corner lot with great privacy and peace, and room to grow.
